Sport Stacking Training Courses
Sport stacking helps students develop bilateral proficiency; equal performance on both sides of the body. By increasing bilateral proficiency, a student develops a greater percentage of the right side of the brain, which houses awareness, focus, and creativity. Stacking helps train the brain for sports and other activities where the use of both hands is important.
There are 54 countries and more than 50,000 schools are promoting sport stacking globally. Our Team Hong Kong Stackers have participated in several international tournaments, e.g. Asian Open, World Sport Stacking Championships.
I. Introduction
Sport Stacking training courses focus on sport stacking tournament skills which including individual, Double, and Relay events. We aim at enhancing the students' coordination ability, concentration, team spirit, and develop a positive thinking mindset.
Outstanding students can be recommended by our coaches and participate in Team Hong Kong selection.

2023-2024競技疊杯運動訓練班
主辦：香港競技疊杯總會
資助：康樂及文化事務署
宗旨：增加市民對競技疊杯運動的認識，鼓勵更多人士參與競技疊杯運動。
目的：提升學員的競技疊杯速度，培養學員對競技疊杯活動的興趣，以及普及競技疊杯運動
參加資格：歡迎公眾人士參與，組別資料如下：
8歲或以上 （初階訓練班）
8歲或以上已掌握基本競技疊杯推疊法之人士 （中階訓練班）
每班名額：上限14人（先到先得，額滿即止）
資助後訓練費用：港幣$160 /5節

對象：適小學生參加
